Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place your jewelry in its original velvet box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our gemologists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
